Kawaguchi Masami & Shimura Koji played together for many years in legendary Japanese garage-pysch trio Miminokoto before Kawaguchi left in the mid-2000s. This recording from 2010 marked a reunion for the former bandmates as they blaze through Miminokoto standards and songs by Kawaguchi's New Rock Syndicate. Kawaguchi Masami has played in Broomdusters, LSD March, Los Doroncos and Aihiyo (with Keiji Haino). Shimura Koji has continued to play in Miminokoto and has been a long time ally of Kawabata Makoto in Acid Mothers Temple and Mainliner.
